Flourescent pigment based paint. Ideal when a high visibility is required such as on steps, identification markings, dark areas, and decorations. Brilliance increases if more layers are applied and it recharges under a light source. Suitable for metal, plastic, wood etc. Dries to the touch after 15-20 minutes. Doesn’t contain lead, cadmium and chromium.
